ดื่มน้ำปัสสาวะรักษาโรค นี่เป็นเรื่องที่ผมเคยปฏิเสธมาตลอด ยังไงผมก็ไม่เห็นด้วย โดยมองว่าเป็นเรื่องของคนที่ไม่รู้จะกินอะไรแล้ว เป็นของสกปรกมีกลิ่นเหม็น ไม่น่าอภิรมณ์นัก เป็นของเสียที่ร่างกายขับออก แล้วจะกินกลับเข้าไปทำไมกัน แต่ทุกวันนี้ความคิดผมเปลี่ยนไป หลังจากรับทราบข้อมูลจากแหล่งต่างๆ ได้อ่านหนังสือเกี่ยวกับ การดื่มน้ำปัสสาวะหลายเล่ม ทั้งของบัวใต้น้ำและ ของหมอบรรจบ ชุณหสวัสดิกุล ได้ดู CD การบรรยายเกี่ยวกับการใช้น้ำปัสสาวะบำบัดโรคของกลุ่มชาว สันติอโศก ที่ใช้รักษาโรคมะเร็งและรับทราบจากเพื่อนว่า กระทรวงสาธารณสุข ได้เชิญผู้มีประสบการณ์ในเรื่องนี้เข้าไปบรรยายให้ฟัง ซึ่งแต่ก่อนแต่ไรมากระทรวงฯ ปฏิเสธเรื่องนี้มาตลอด ไม่เคยเห็นด้วย แต่บัดนี้เริ่มเปิดหูเปิดตาที่จะรับ ทราบรับฟังจากแหล่งความรู้ต่างๆ

บันทึกหมอแดง 20/05/51 คุณสมศักดิ์ มีอาการนอนไม่หลับมา สิบกว่าปีแล้ว ต้องกินยานอนหลับทุกวัน แรกรักษาหมอบอกว่ากินสัก 6 เดือนก็จะดีขึ้น แต่นี่กินมาสิบกว่าปีแล้ว กินทุกวัน จาก วันละ 1 เม็ด ก็เป็น 2 เม็ด แล้วก็เพิ่มขึ้น เป็น 4- 5 - 6 - 7 เม็ด ช่วงนี้ลดมาแล้ว เหลือวันละ 4 เม็ด และยังมียาคลายเครียดอีกต่างหาก ผมเองยังไม่เจอใครที่ต้องทานยานอนหลับมากขนาดนี้เลย ไม่รู้กินเข้าไปได้อย่างไร เขาบอกว่าถ้าไม่กินจะนอนไม่หลับ และถ้าหลับก็จะตื่นง่าย มีเสียงอะไรรบกวนหน่อยก็ตื่นแล้ว ประสาทไวมาก
