"กินไม่เป็น" คุณวิภา อายุ 46 ปี น้ำหนัก 40 กิโลกรัม ได้กรอกประวัติคนไข้ ว่ามีอาการ นอนไม่หลับ ทานอาหารได้น้อย ท้องอืด ปวดท้องบ่อยๆ สะบัดร้อน สะบัดหนาว ปวดรอบเดือน มีอาการตกขาวมาร่วม 20 กว่าปี ปวดกระเพาะปัสสาวะ ปวดตา หนักหู หูอื้อ ถ่ายยาก ต้องทำดีท็อกซ์ 3-4 ครั้ง ต่อสัปดาห์ ไม่ค่อยอยากจะทานอาหาร เป็นเยื่อบุกระเพาะอาหารอักเสบ กรดไหลย้อน โมโหง่าย เครียดเป็นบางครั้ง ปวดขาด้านขวา มีเนื้องอก 3-4 ซ.ม. ที่มดลูก นี่คืออาการที่เธอกรอก
ธาตุไฟ ถูกทำลายจนสิ้น ทั้งไฟอุ่นกาย ไฟย่อยอาหารไม่มีเหลือ ก็ทำให้มือเท้าเย็น หนาว ตกขาว และอาหารก็จะไม่ย่อยเลย ทำให้อาหารหมักเป็นแก๊ส อัดแน่นเต็มตัวตามที่เป็น ทั้งหมดทั้งสิ้น ก็เกิดจาก “การกิน” ที่ไม่ถูกต้อง ไม่เข้าใจหลักความสมดุลแห่งร่างกาย หลายๆ ท่านที่เป็นอย่างนี้ เข้าใจว่ากินดีแล้ว กินเจ กินมังสวิรัต กินเนื้อสัตว์ ร่างกายบริสุทธิ์ สะอาดแล้ว ต้องดีซิ แต่ทำไมมันป่วยอย่างนี้ ความเจ็บป่วย หรือโรคภัยต่างๆ มันมาจากไหนอีกล่ะนี่ อย่างรายนี้อ่านอาการป่วยที่เธอเขียนมาก็มึนแทน
